Olivia Mercer – Cambridge Physiotherapist (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides services and products to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any of our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

Services
We provide a variety of physiotherapy services, which may include physical therapy, massage therapy, exercise therapy, and advice on lifestyle modifications that can improve health outcomes for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions. We may also provide advice on nutritional support and other health-related areas as part of our service offering.

Payment
Payment for our services must be made in full at the time of booking or prior to receiving treatment or advice in accordance with our payment terms as outlined on our website or provided in writing upon request. We accept cash payments as well as credit/debit card payments through secure payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe. We also accept payments via bank transfer but this must be arranged prior to treatment being provided.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time so that we can offer the appointment slot to another patient if required. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged at full price for the missed session unless otherwise agreed in writing between us prior to your missed appointment time.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any appointments at any time. In the event that we need to cancel an appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will offer to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, we will refund any fees that you have paid for the cancelled appointment.

By booking an appointment with Olivia Mercer, you agree to the above cancellation policy, including the "approve all/cancel all" clause. This clause means that we reserve the right to approve or cancel multiple appointments at once if necessary. We will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the "approve all/cancel all" clause, please contact us for clarification.

Refunds

Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you due directly or indirectly from the use of our services unless caused directly by negligence on behalf of ourselves but shall have no liability whatsoever should a loss occur due directly from negligence on behalf of your behalf (you). Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for any indirect losses suffered such as consequential losses incurred due directly from the use (or misuse)of our products/services except where caused directly due to negligence on behalf of ourselves.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively according to English law without reference made as regards conflicts under international law save where such conflict would constitute illegal conduct under UK law.
